By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

2. Contract Formation & Placing Orders

How the Contract is Formed: When you place an order on our Site, it represents an offer to purchase. The contract between you and The Libas is only formed when we send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched.

Order Rejection: We reserve the right to decline any order (for reasons such as pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity). If we reject an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund immediately.
3. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Pricing: All prices displayed on https://thelibas.uk/ are in British Pounds (GBP).

Taxes & Duties: Prices are inclusive of UK VAT (where applicable) but do not include delivery charges, which are clearly shown before you complete your checkout.

Payment Methods: We accept payment through the payment gateways displayed at checkout. Payment must be cleared before goods are dispatched.
4. UK Statutory Right to Cancel ("Cooling-Off Period")
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items.

Returning the Goods: You must send the items back to us within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation.

Return Costs: Unless the items are faulty, you (the customer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline: We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items back, or receiving proof of return.
5. UK Consumer Rights (Faulty or Misdescribed Goods)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, all garments supplied by The Libas must match their description, be of satisfactory quality, and be fit for purpose.

If an item you receive is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, you have a legal right to a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

We will cover the return postage costs for any confirmed faulty items.
6. Clothing Care, Colors, and Sizing

Color Representation: We display our apparel colors as accurately as possible. However, because digital screens differ, we cannot guarantee that the color display on your screen perfectly reflects the true product color in person.

Garment Care: The Libas is not responsible for any damage to clothing resulting from improper washing, drying, or general wear and tear that contradicts the provided care instructions on the garments.
7. Delivery, Risk, and Ownership

We deliver to addresses across the UK (and other regions, if specified at checkout).

We will make every effort to deliver items within our estimated timelines, and in any event, within 30 days of your order confirmation unless a longer period was agreed.

Risk and Title: The items become your responsibility once they are delivered to your shipping address. You own the products once we have received payment in full.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All branding, logos, clothing designs, images, product descriptions, and web design on https://thelibas.uk/ are owned by or licensed to The Libas. You may not use, copy, or redistribute any of our materials without our explicit written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or any liability that cannot be legally limited under UK law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is strictly limited to the purchase price of the items you bought.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings will be dealt with in the English courts. (If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts).
